 Principally involved with the assessment of occupational hygiene hazards in the workplace; particularly chemicals, dusts and fibres, heat stress, noise, indoor air, and lighting.  Also providing assistance with general occupational health and safety issues, and compliance with elements of the Workplace Health and Safety and Dangerous Goods Safety Management legislation. 

Eight years experience in the industrial laboratory at the Copper Refineries working in wet chemical, physical, and gravimetric methods of analysis, as well as instrumental analysis using ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma), Mass Spectrometer, Gas Chromatograph, AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy), as well as various other instruments and techniques.
